Having worked in the beauty industry for more than 30 years now, I know the value of clinical claims and consumer studies.  I became frustrated at the time spent obtaining these invaluable assets from various places and then having to do most of the work myself to translate it to the beauty world.  

I decided to create a one-stop-shop to manage the entire process for beauty brands.

Founder & CEO, Beauty Expert

Ameann is a multi-talented, creative, visionary leader, with solid experience in the beauty industry. She is widely acknowledged as a Skin Care and Cosmetics Industry expert, author, speaker, and educator.  


With more than 30 years in the beauty industry, Ameann has done it all.  Her last 15 years have been dedicated to developing, launching, and marketing more than 25 beauty brands in the luxury, clinical-science, and mass markets. In the last 10 years, she has honed in on clinical testing and video testimonial to help catapult brands' success and leadership in the market.  Her keen understanding of product development, ingredients, management, and marketing a brand has helped develop Media Lab Science into the go-to company for brands to get validated and noticed in the overwhelming beauty space.

Graduated in Business Administration and Postgraduate in Marketing, Erlandi has more than 20 years of experience in the Health Care market with expertise in the areas of Marketing (Market Intelligence), Planning, Operations, and Sales.


Responsible for Global sales of Investiga’s Group - one of the main research institutes in the world. With a strategic focus, it achieved sustainable growth in the commercial and financial results of companies in the most diverse segments.


Steve Schwartz

President, IRSI 

Stephen R. Schwartz is the President and CEO of International Research Services, Inc. (IRSI) headquartered in New York and founded in 1977 California.  IRSI specializes in human safety and claims support work, qualitative and quantitative, for the drug, food, and cosmetic industry.  The company is recognized as a leader in the use of instrumentation for evaluating topical applications, drugs, and cosmetics as well as their use in supporting advertising claims.


Mr. Schwartz received an AB in Mathematics from Cornell University and MS in Theoretical Chemistry from New York University and is the author or co‑author of over seventy papers and presentations and has been an instructor for courses in the field of safety and claim support.  He has been called on as an expert witness in certain court cases relating to claim substantiation.



Research Director

Lucas graduated in Biological Sciences with a master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a specialization in Safety Evaluation of Cosmetic Products from the University of Brussels.


For more than 10 years he has worked as a researcher at ALLERGISA, a pioneer in the evaluation of cosmetic products in Brazil. Currently in the position of Research Director, serving the national and international HPPC market, in the segments of clinical evaluation of safety, efficacy, and photoprotection, in addition to in-vitro methods. Develops basic research projects and the implementation of new methodologies. He is the author of several published articles and awarded works at national and international congresses.

With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Kelly is known for her ability to discover, mentor, and coach talent for major networks while also producing. She has combined her experience in recruitment and production with her passion for beauty and science at Media Lab Science. 


Her strategic and creative approach to production and recruitment delivers innovative content with respect to brand mindfulness and vision. Kelly was also a professional makeup artist for 5 years.
